Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.
You are passing blood along with clots in your urine. You are having painless haematuria.
Painless haematuria with clots can be due to many causes – kidney problems, bladder problems etc. You have not mentioned any other symptoms – do you have any
sore throat, rashes, fever, swelling of the feet,
joint pains etc.? If yes, then there could be other reasons for your haematuria like SLE,
Henoch Schonlein Purpura,
Urinary tract infection etc.
I would advise you to see your doctor as soon as possible, because there is a possibility of the clots blocking your urethra (your urine pipe through which your comes out). This leads to
urinary retention (you will not be able to pass urine). This causes pain.
Painless haematuria should be investigated by an
urologist soon. Your urologist would take a detailed history and also examine you. You may have blood tests done and also have a
Cystoscopy (a scope with a camera at one end is passed into your bladder through your urine pipe-urthra). This will allow the urologist to visualise the insides of your bladder. You would also be asked to get a CT scan done.
The only way to treat your haematuria is by identifying the cause of the haematuria and treating that cause. For that you need to have investigations
I wish you a speedy recovery.
I hope this answer has helped you.
Thank you
